He takes care of a farmer’s home and children, and protects them from misfortune, especially at night when the house folks are asleep. Gnomes are known as symbols of good luck.  They are still used today to watch over crops and livestock, often tucked into the rafters of a barn or placed in the garden. Folklore explains how  All that the Gnomes expected in return was a bowl of porridge at Christmas time. When people were not good to them they were known for playing tricks on people. And so the story goes…

We have a great deal of fun designing and making our Gnomes. Each creation has its own unique character, which is why it makes it so much fun to do what we do. Gnomes have a special way of always making people smile. We hope you will love our Gnomes as much as we do.
